Questions, answered honestly
Is there a per-client fee?
No. The plans below are priced by how many active clients you coach, not per client, and the AI is included. Nobody pays per check-in reply.
What does it cost today?
Nothing. During launch coaches use everything for free, with no card and no client cap. Coach billing is not live yet.
Will I be charged automatically when billing starts?
No. We will announce the dates well ahead and you choose a plan yourself before anything is billed. We hold no card for you until then.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Invite the clients you already have with a link or an 8-character code and pick up where you left off.
How do my clients access it?
They download the app for iPhone and Apple Watch (an Android build is available too) or use any browser. They sign in once with your invite.
Do my clients pay for Premium?
No. Clients linked to you get Premium through you, and the AI points their requests use come from your plan's shared pool. Nobody pays twice.
Is my clients' data private?
Yes. Each coach's workspace is kept separate, so your clients' data stays yours and is only ever used to help you coach them. Our servers are in the EU, and every client can export or delete their data.
What happens when coach billing opens?
You get plenty of notice, then pick the plan that fits your roster. The tiers below are the plan today and may still change before they launch. Anyone who coaches with us during launch will be looked after.
