Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in the Liftscribe affiliate program operated by [Legal entity name] (“Liftscribe”, “we”). By applying, you agree to them.

1. Joining

The program is open by application, with no audience-size minimum. We review every application by hand and may approve or decline at our discretion. On approval you receive a personal referral code and link. One account per affiliate.

2. Commissions

• Coach plans: 30% of the net subscription amount (post-discount, pre-tax) each billing cycle, for the referred account's first 12 billing months.
• Liftscribe Premium: 25% of the net subscription amount each billing cycle, for the referred account's first 12 billing months.
• Individual agreements may set different rates or durations; those prevail where agreed in writing.
• Commissions accrue when an invoice is actually paid, and are reversed if it is refunded.

3. Attribution

• A first-party referral cookie stores your code for 90 days; the last clicked link wins.
• A referral code entered manually at signup, or a discount code tied to you at checkout, also attributes.
• Attribution is fixed once an account is created — it does not move between affiliates afterwards.
• Cross-device journeys that lose the cookie and don't use a code cannot be attributed.

4. Payouts

• Monthly, by PayPal or SEPA transfer, in EUR, once your approved balance reaches €50.
• Commissions are held 30 days from the paying invoice to absorb refunds, then approved.
• Refunds after payout are netted against your next payout.
• Payouts are business service fees: you are responsible for your own taxes. EU business affiliates should provide a VAT ID (reverse charge applies); we collect your country and tax status before the first payout. [Have counsel confirm the invoicing/self-billing setup.]

5. Rules

• No self-referral — commissions on your own account(s) are void.
• No bidding on Liftscribe brand keywords in paid search, and no impersonating Liftscribe.
• No posting codes to coupon/deal aggregator sites.
• No cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, spam, or misleading claims about the product.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship where the law requires it (it usually does).

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate participation for breach of these terms. Suspension stops new commissions; amounts already earned and approved are still paid out, except where they result from fraud or breach, in which case they are forfeited. You can leave the program at any time; earned commissions above the minimum are paid in the following cycle. We may change these terms for future referrals with notice; changes do not retroactively alter commissions on existing referrals.
